Our team blends creativity with data to build viral-worthy content that drives engagement, conversions, and brand recall—working hand-in-hand with creators, copywriters, and performance marketers to ship 10+ clips weekly. Role & Responsibilities

EDIT 5-10 social videos per week—trimming raw footage, syncing audio, adding captions, transitions, effects, and brand overlays
Follow style guides and platform specs (9:16, 1080p, 60fps, subtitles, etc.) to ensure content is mobile-optimized and thumb-stopping
Collaborate with content strategists to match edits with performance goals (CTR, watch time, Shares)
Use templates, stock sound, and color grading presets to maintain brand consistency across campaigns
Deliver final cuts in MP4 format, organized by campaign, within 24-48hrs of asset receipt




Learn and adapt to new editing trends (jump cuts, zooms, text animations, sound syncing) based on viral benchmarks
