Role Description The Trade Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role is responsible for managing and growing trade and transaction banking relationships with corporate and SME clients, with a focus on trade finance products such as letters of credit, bank guarantees, export–import financing, and related services. Day-to-day activities include identifying client needs, structuring appropriate trade solutions,



preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with internal operations and credit teams, and ensuring timely execution of transactions. The role also involves regular client meetings, portfolio review, cross-selling relevant banking products, monitoring market trends, and maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and internal risk guidelines. The Trade Relationship Manager will work closely with branch and product teams to achieve revenue and volume targets while delivering high-quality, compliant service.
Qualifications
Robust knowledge of trade finance, transaction banking products, and related documentation.
Proficiency in client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination.
Ability to analyze financial statements, assess credit risk, and understand regulatory requirements.
Effective communication, presentation, and business development skills.
Comfort with banking systems
