Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.



This position is responsible for managing and expanding motor insurance & health insurance business through agency channel.
Qualifications

Strong customer relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term associations.
Sales and business development capabilities, including lead generation, cross-selling, and achieving individual and branch targets.
Knowledge of retail lending products (gold loans, MSME loans, housing loans, construction finance) and basic understanding of credit assessment and risk.
Proficiency in communication and negotiation, with clear spoken and written English and local language skills as applicable.
Solid organizational and documentation skills, including attention to detail in KYC, loan applications, and regulatory compliance.
Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office, and other digital platforms for customer management and reporting.
Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced branch setting, collaborate with cross-fu
