Role Description The Food & Beverage Service Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant and banquet service operations. The supervisor coordinates floor activities, allocates staff duties, and ensures that service standards are consistently maintained across all shifts. This role involves monitoring food and beverage quality, handling guest inquiries and concerns, and providing hands-on support during busy periods. The supervisor trains and mentors service staff,



conducts briefings, and collaborates with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, efficient service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and safety, managing basic inventories, supporting scheduling, and assisting with implementation of promotions or special events.
Qualifications
