Role Description The Senior Quality Management System Executive will oversee the implementation, maintenance,



and continuous improvement of the company’s quality management systems in alignment with industry standards and organizational goals. This full-time, in office role based in Ludhiana involves developing and updating quality policies and procedures, conducting internal audits, monitoring corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring compliance with relevant certifications and regulatory requirements. The executive will collaborate closely with production, engineering, and operations teams to define quality benchmarks, analyze non-conformities, and drive root cause analysis and process improvements. Daily responsibilities include preparing quality documentation and reports, training team members on QMS practices, coordinating with external auditors and customers on quality-related matters, and supporting initiatives that enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
