Role Description The Fire & Property Insurance Claims Manager (Domestic Claims) will oversee the end-to-end handling of fire and property insurance claims for domestic clients.
This role involves assessing claim notifications, reviewing policy coverage, coordinating surveys and inspections, and validating loss assessments. The manager will prepare and review claim documents, negotiate with insurers and other stakeholders, and ensure timely settlement in line with policy terms and regulatory requirements.
Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate claim records, monitoring claim progress, providing regular updates to clients, and identifying process improvements to enhance claim efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications
Relevant experience in fire and property insurance, preferably within commercial or high-value asset segments.
