Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including handling phone calls, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office records and files.



The Administrative Assistant will support executives with calendar management, meeting coordination, and basic correspondence. Additional responsibilities include preparing documents, managing office supplies, assisting with data entry, and ensuring smooth office operations. The role requires consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and welcoming clinic environment.
