Role Description This is a full time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Delhi, India. The Performance Marketer is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across digital channels to drive qualified leads and customer acquisition for Quikkred’s credit products. Daily work includes managing budgets, setting up and monitoring campaigns, analyzing performance data,



and generating insights to improve ROI and conversion rates. The role involves close collaboration with product, data, and design teams to refine audience targeting, test creatives and landing pages, and ensure consistent messaging across channels. The Performance Marketer will also prepare performance reports, recommend growth strategies, and stay current with industry trends and platform updates to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
Strong skills in performance marketing, including paid search, paid social, and display advertising, with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition.
Experience with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, conversion tracking) and comfort working with data to optimize campaigns.
Ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including audience segmentation, funnel optimization, and A/B testing of creative
