About the role
We are looking for a sharp, commercially minded business growth & strategy manager with practical experience across sales and marketing.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can understand the business, identify growth opportunities and convert strategy into measurable revenue. You should be comfortable working directly with the leadership team and taking ownership from planning through execution.

Key responsibilities
Analyse the business, customers, competition and market to identify growth opportunities.
Develop practical strategies for sales, marketing, partnerships and revenue growth.
Build and improve sales funnels,



conversion processes and go-to-market plans.
Identify new customer segments, channels, products and partnerships.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to turn strategy into execution.
Track revenue, conversion, customer acquisition and other business metrics.
Identify gaps in current processes and recommend clear, actionable solutions.
Create business plans, presentations, forecasts and performance reports.
Take ownership of projects from idea to measurable outcome.
Work directly with the leadership team on high-priority business initiatives.

Who we are looking for
Approximately 3–6 years of relevant experience in business growth, sales strategy, marketing strategy, revenue or business development.
Strong practical understanding of both sales and marketing.
Demonstrated experience contributing to revenue or business-growth targets.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and commercial-thinking skills.
