Candidate unction as an all-rounder within the Firm’s AIF/PMS practice, responsible for Statutory audit of Alternative Investment Funds and Portfolio Management Services clients, oversight of fund accounting and NAV computation processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance with SEBI (AIF) Regulations, SEBI (PMS) Regulations, and related circulars. The position requires a solid understanding of fund structures, investment management agreements, taxation, and regulatory reporting, combined with the ability to identify control gaps and drive their closure with fund managers and trustees/clients.

Job Description
• Conduct Statutory Audit of AIFs and PMS clients covering NAV computation, expense capping, management fee computation, and trade processing.
• Verify management fee calculations against the terms of the Investment Management Agreement (IMA), PPM, and SID/Client Agreement.




• Review tax provision entries booked in the books of account against the tax computation provided by the fund/tax team, and ensure timely rectification of variances.
• Prepare audit observation reports, track closure of action points with the operations/fund accounting team, and present findings to Partners/clients.

• Strong technical knowledge of fund accounting, taxation (capital gains, TDS, GST as applicable), and SEBI regulatory framework.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of fund accounting/NAV systems is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting audit reports and engaging with senior stakeholders.
