Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Aurangabad, Nasik, Ahmedbagar and Solapur . The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities, identify recent business opportunities, and manage relationships with distributors, resellers and dealers for surveillance products.

Qualifications
Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in B2B or channel-driven environments.
Experience in the electronics,



security systems or related technology sectors, with an understanding of product features and customer use cases.
Strong relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships with clients, dealers, and integrators.
Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical products in clear, practical terms.
Solid planning, organization, and analytical abilities for setting targets, tracking performance, and preparing accurate sales reports.
Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to manage pipelines, documentation, and forecasting.
Ability to work on-site and travel within the region as required for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
