Role Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, and building high-performing teams. This is a remote (Work From Home), unpaid 2 month- internship where you will work closely with the founders and core team and get exposure to the end-to-end hiring process.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be responsible for supporting candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination,



candidate engagement, and onboarding, while helping us identify and attract talented individuals across different roles.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will:
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Identify and build a robust pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming roles.
Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
Conduct initial candidate outreach through calls, emails, and messages.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Conduct basic candidate assessments and initial screening conversations.
Research talent markets and identify new sourcing channels.
