About the Role'

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to manage and execute our brand's influencer campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the creator economy, exceptional negotiation skills, and a keen eye for emerging trends.

Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer Strategy & Management:
Identification & Vetting: Research, identify, and vet suitable micro and macro-influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) whose audience aligns with brand goals.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid, positive relationships with influencers and their agents/managers.
Campaign Execution: Plan and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of content that meets all brand guidelines and objectives.
2. Negotiation & Campaign Tracking:
High-Level Negotiation: Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure the best possible terms (rate, deliverables, rights) for both paid and barter collaborations, adhering strictly to budget.
Tracking & Reporting:



Maintain detailed tracking sheets for all campaign elements, including contracts, payment status, content live dates, and performance metrics.
Content Approval: Manage the content approval process, providing constructive feedback to ensure compliance and quality before publication.
3. Market Knowledge & Trend Analysis:
Social Media Fluency: Possess a working knowledge of major social media platforms, their content formats (Reels, Shorts, Carousels, Stories), and best practices.
Trend Spotting: Proactively track and report on the latest social media trends, viral content, and algorithm updates to keep our brand strategy fresh and effective.
Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor influencer activity and recommend strategies to gain an edge.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of proven experience in an Influencer Marketing, Social Media, or Digital Marketing role.
