Role Description The Lead SAP SuccessFactors role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules to support HR processes and organizational objectives. Responsibilities include leading requirement-gathering workshops with stakeholders,



translating business needs into system solutions, and managing end-to-end project lifecycles for new features and enhancements. The role involves coordinating with IT, HR, and cross-functional teams, maintaining system data integrity, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. The Lead SAP SuccessFactors professional will also guide junior team members, manage vendor interactions, and drive continuous improvement through monitoring system performance, conducting impact analysis, and implementing best practices.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Business Process design and optimization, with experience aligning SAP SuccessFactors solutions to organizational workflows.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills for translating complex requirements into clear configurations, troubleshooting issues, and performing data and trend analysis.
Consulting experience in HR or ERP domains, with the ability to manag
