Job Description: AI Lead – Compliance Function
Position: Deputy Manager / Manager
Reporting To: Head – Compliance & FCC
Location: Gurugram, HY

Role Purpose
The role is responsible for driving AI-led transformation within the Compliance function by leveraging AI for automating processes, strengthening governance and reporting frameworks, enabling faster and more effective compliance reviews, and creating intelligent solutions for compliance-facing documentation, dashboards, presentations, trackers, and stakeholder outputs; upskilling and training the compliance function for adoption of AI as integral part of their working.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, design, and implement AI-enabled solutions to automate compliance processes, workflows, reviews, approvals, monitoring, and reporting.
Develop tools and agents that enable faster compliance reviews, better issue identification, evidence tracking, root cause analysis, and closure monitoring.
Strengthen the compliance reporting framework through AI enabled automated dashboards, MIS, executive summaries, Board / Committee updates,



management reports, and regulatory trackers.
Create AI-enabled outputs such as PowerPoint presentations, Excel trackers, compliance checklists, review templates, SOPs, regulatory summaries, action trackers, and stakeholder communications.
Create implementation plan and governance framework through AI for driving regulatory changes.
Build knowledge management solutions that allow users to retrieve approved compliance, policy, SOP, regulatory, and governance information through natural language queries.
Use data analytics and AI to identify trends, gaps, exceptions, emerging risks, control weaknesses, and process improvement opportunities.
Partner with automation team, IT and Risk team to convert compliance requirements into practical, secure, scalable, and user-friendly AI solutions.
