At Recyclaro.com, we’re building the digital infrastructure for the global recycling and circular economy. We’re looking for a passionate Full-Stack Developer who wants to build, experiment, solve real problems and grow with an early-stage startup.
This is not just a coding job. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the product, work directly with the founding team, use AI to solve real-world supply-chain challenges, and see your work create measurable impact.
What You’ll Work On
Build and scale our B2B web platform and applications
Develop robust frontend and backend systems
Build APIs and integrate third-party services
Develop AI-powered sourcing, matching and automation
Work with databases, cloud infrastructure and APIs
Improve performance, security and scalability
Convert real business problems into simple, powerful technology solutions
What We’re Looking For
Strong Full-Stack Development experience
React / Next.js, Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript
REST APIs and database experience
SQL and/or NoSQL
Git, deployment and CI/CD
Cloud experience
Understanding of scalable architecture and security
Experience with AI/LLM APIs is a strong advantage
Most importantly: ownership, curiosity, problem-solving and a builder mindset
