Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Builder Floor Sales role based in Gurugram. The individual in this role will focus on selling builder floors and related residential properties, including managing inquiries, conducting property visits, and providing detailed project information to prospective buyers. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining a pipeline of leads, nurturing client relationships,



negotiating pricing and terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and closing of deals. The role involves tracking market trends in Gurugram, preparing basic sales reports, and representing VISCO India professionally during client meetings and site visits.
Qualifications
Solid sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into successful transactions.
Knowledge of real estate markets, particularly residential and builder floor projects in Gurugram.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
Basic proficiency in using digital tools and CRM or lead management systems.
Ability to work on-site, manage multiple property visits, and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
Prior experience in real estate sales or property brokerage is highly preferred.
