Role Description The Ecommerce Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Odisha, India, responsible for overseeing and growing Arundhati Jewellers’ online sales channels. This role involves managing the company’s e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer experience.



The Ecommerce Manager will coordinate with marketing and retail teams to plan and execute digital campaigns, optimize online merchandising, and drive traffic and conversions. Daily tasks include monitoring website performance, analyzing sales and customer data, resolving operational issues, and ensuring seamless order processing, fulfillment, and after-sales support. The role also includes identifying new online opportunities, improving user journeys, and maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
