Role Description The Sales Gurukul is looking for a confident and motivated Tele Sales Executive to connect with prospective students, understand their requirements, explain our programs, and convert qualified prospects into enrolments.




This is an excellent prospect for someone who wants to build a career in sales and receive direct mentorship from the Founder.

Key Responsibilities
• Contact and follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp
• Understand prospects' needs and recommend relevant programs
• Conduct sales conversations and handle basic objections
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information
• Achieve individual sales and conversion targets
• Build positive relationships with prospects throughout the sales process

Requirements
• Graduation in any discipline
• Fluent in English and Hindi - Mandatory
• 0–1 years of experience
• Prior experience in student counselling is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
