Role Description The Performance Marketer role at INSBIX is a full time, on-site position based in Palghat. The individual in this role will plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven digital campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and display advertising.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing campaign budgets, tracking key performance metrics, conducting A/B tests, and adjusting strategies to improve ROI and conversion rates. The Performance Marketer will collaborate with content, design, and development teams to align messaging, landing pages, and user journeys with campaign goals. The role also involves reporting insights to stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, and staying updated on digital marketing trends and tools.
Qualifications
Strong performance marketing skills, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, and remarketing.
Experience with analytics and tracking tools, such as Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, conversion tracking, and A/B testing tools.
Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including campaign strategy, audience segmentation, funnel optimization, and basic SEO principles.
