We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, tracking, and delivery of software projects.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Asana and be comfortable coordinating with developers, QA, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders. This role requires strong organization, follow-up, communication, and attention to detail.
The person will play an important role in keeping project activities on track, ensuring action items are followed up, and maintaining accurate project documentation and status updates.
* 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, production support coordination, incident management, or a similar role.
* Hands-on experience with Asana or similar project/task management tools.
* Experience working with ticketing or incident management systems.
* Good understanding of P0/P1/P2 incident management and prioritization.
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
* Ability to assess issues based on business impact and urgency.




* Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and business teams.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and incidents simultaneously.
* Experience tracking SLAs and incident resolution timelines.
* Familiarity with RCA, post-incident reviews, and corrective/preventive actions.
* Robust documentation and reporting skills.
* Ability to work independently and proactively drive follow-ups to closure.

* Coordinate and track P0, P1, and P2 production incidents from identification through resolution.
* Ensure production issues are correctly prioritized based on severity and business impact.
* Act as the primary coordination point between Engineering, QA, Product, Infrastructure, and Business teams during production incidents.
* Ensure the right stakeholders are involved and informed throughout the incident lifecycle.
* Monitor incident progress, follow up on pending actions, and drive timely resolution.
