Role Description The Articled Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves assisting in statutory and internal audits, supporting direct and indirect tax compliance and filings, and working on tax assessments and litigation-related documentation. The Articled Assistant will help in preparing financial statements, maintaining working papers, and supporting project financing assignments through data collection and financial analysis.



The position also includes coordination with clients for information gathering, maintaining proper documentation, and adhering to professional standards and timelines.
Qualifications
Should be registered as an Article/Articled Assistant under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), having cleared the required CA exams as per ICAI regulations.
Foundational knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and direct and indirect tax laws.
Ability to work with MS Excel, Word, and basic accounting/taxation software.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and numerical accuracy.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and a qualified approach to client interaction.
Willingness to learn, adapt to new assignments, and work within deadlines as part of a collaborative team.
