Responsibilities
- Define company vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead fundraising: build the deck, develop investor relationships, negotiate and close rounds.
- Recruit, hire, and lead the founding team.
- Own go-to-market strategy and early customer acquisition.
- Manage company operations, finances, and runway.
- Represent the company to investors, partners, and press.
- Guide product direction.

Requirements
- Prior experience as a founder or senior early-stage operator; having raised capital before is strongly preferred.
- Established network within the Indian startup/VC ecosystem.
- Genuine conviction about entrepreneurial access for first-generation founders in India.
- Comfortable operating with high ambiguity at the ideal stage.
- Able to commit full time.
- Fluent in English; Hindi or another Indian regional language is a strong plus.

Compensation
Majority equity for the right person.
