Role Description The Senior Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, responsible for managing and growing key client accounts in the logistics and supply chain domain. Day-to-day activities include maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their operational requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.



The role involves preparing and presenting proposals, monitoring account performance, handling escalations, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. The Senior Account Executive will collaborate closely with operations, finance, and customer support to optimize service levels and meet contractual commitments. This position also requires regular reporting on account status, market trends, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications

Strong account management and client relationship skills, including experience handling key accounts in logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
