Overview

Northern Trust is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Lead to join our HR Technology team. As a senior application consultant, you will lead the architecture, design, implementation, and support of enterprise Human Resources technology solutions that support the global employee lifecycle.





The successful candidate will partner closely with HR business leaders, Product Owners, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, vendors, and application support teams to deliver scalable, secure, and business-focused solutions across Human Capital Management (HCM), Talent, Payroll, Perks, Recruiting, Learning, Mobility, Workforce Analytics, and Employee Experience platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Strategy
- Define and maintain the HR Technology architecture roadmap aligned with business strategy and enterprise standards.
- Evaluate HR technology solutions and recommend platforms that best meet business and operational needs.
- Partner with HR leaders to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Identify modernization opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure solutions align with Northern Trust architecture, security, risk, and compliance standards.
