Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Academic Counsellor – Sales role based at Dice Academy in New Delhi. The Academic Counsellor will engage with prospective students, understand their educational background and career goals, and provide clear guidance on suitable graphics and web design courses.



The role involves conducting counseling sessions, managing inquiries via phone, email, and in person, and following up consistently to support admissions targets. The individual will explain course structures, fees, and career outcomes, maintain accurate records of leads and conversions, and collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to improve student engagement. The position also requires meeting sales goals related to course enrollments while maintaining an ethical, student-centric approach.
Qualifications
