Develop and execute Instagram/Reels content strategy.
Create creative, engaging and informative Reel ideas around immigration, study abroad and GreenTree’s brand.
Must feature in Reels and be comfortable appearing on camera.
Write hooks, scripts, captions and CTAs.
Research trending topics, sounds, formats and competitor content.
Plan and coordinate Reel shoots with the editing/design team.
Create content that drives reach, engagement, followers and enquiries.
Track Reel performance and improve content based on analytics.
Maintain GreenTree’s premium, skilled and trustworthy brand image.
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and brand promotions.

Preferred Skills:
Strong Instagram/Reels knowledge.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Creative and confident on camera.
Understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour.
1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
