Role Description This is a full-time Sales Executive role in a hybrid work arrangement, based in Mandi, with some flexibility for work from home. The Sales Executive will engage with individual and corporate clients to understand their travel needs, recommend suitable tour packages, and prepare competitive quotations. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, following up on leads, conducting sales calls, maintaining client relationships,



and closing bookings across domestic and international travel offerings. The role involves coordinating with operations and ticketing teams to ensure accurate itineraries, timely confirmations, and smooth travel experiences for clients. The Sales Executive will also track sales performance, update customer records, and contribute to promotional activities to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify client needs and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Customer service and relationship management skills, including explicit communication, active listening, and a client-focused approach.
Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel products, such as tour packages, hotels, flights, and transportation options.
Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and online booking platforms to manage leads, quotations, and reservations.
