The ideal candidate will be responsible for building institutional partnerships, driving business development, expanding our college network, and achieving student acquisition and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with college Principals, Placement Officers, HODs, faculty, and key decision-makers.
* Identify, approach, and acquire new college and institutional partnerships.
* Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures.
* Promote Blackbucks’ training, certification, internship, placement, and career-development solutions.
* Achieve assigned sales, revenue, institutional acquisition, and student conversion targets.




* Conduct regular college visits, institutional meetings, seminars, and student engagement activities.
* Build and maintain a strong institutional sales pipeline.
* Identify market trends and new business opportunities to support territory growth.
* Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of institutional programs.

Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Institutional Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, EdTech, or Education Sales.
* Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
* Robust business development and stakeholder-management abilities.
* Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
* Willingness to travel extensively for college visits.
