Role Description The Influencer Marketing Intern is a full time, on-site role based in North Delhi. This role involves identifying and researching potential influencers across social media platforms, maintaining influencer databases, and assisting in outreach and relationship management. The intern will help draft collaboration proposals, coordinate product seeding, and track campaign deliverables and timelines. Daily tasks include monitoring influencer content, collecting performance metrics, preparing basic reports, and supporting the marketing team with brainstorming and content ideas.



The intern will also collaborate with social media and branding team members to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation in all influencer partnerships.
Qualifications
Ability to work with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, FB/reels) and an understanding of influencer and creator ecosystems.
Strong research and organizational skills for identifying influencers, maintaining databases, and tracking campaign performance.
Good written and verbal communication skills for outreach emails, collaboration proposals, and internal coordination.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, especially social media marketing and brand awareness campaigns.
Interest in skincare, beauty, or lifestyle brands, with sensitivity to clean, vegan, and cruelty-free product values.
Ability to work on-site in North Delhi, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
