Role Summary
Lane Driving School is looking for a growth-focused Assistant Manager – Marketing to scale acquisition and brand efforts across performance, influencer, and offline marketing, with strong ownership of web and app growth. The role involves executing Meta and Google Ads campaigns, managing influencer and offline initiatives, and working with the Marketing Head to turn data into actionable growth insights.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads




Drive acquisition and growth across web and app platforms
Manage and scale influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end
Execute offline marketing initiatives, partnerships, and on-ground activations
Work with Firebase, MMPs, and self-reporting ad networks for accurate tracking and attribution
Own and analyze data from GA4, Google Search Console, and ad platforms
Collaborate with creative teams on ad creatives, copies, and performance-led creative iterations
Build structured reports and insights using advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and dashboards
Share performance insights, experiments, and recommendations with the Marketing Head

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
Strong understanding of web & app analytics
Working knowledge of Firebase, MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust or similar)
Solid experience with GA4 and Google Search Console
Experience working with creative strategy and cre
