Responsible for supervising and controlling riveting, gluing, and torque-related special processes in the machine/assembly shop. Ensure process parameters, quality standards, work instructions, and customer requirements are strictly followed.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise riveting, gluing, and torque operations.
Ensure correct torque values, riveting parameters, adhesive application, and curing conditions.
Monitor process quality and conduct in-process inspections.
Maintain and verify torque tools, rivet tools, and other special-process equipment.
Ensure proper calibration and traceability of measuring equipment.
Follow SOP, Work Instructions, Control Plan, PFMEA, and customer specifications.
Identify process deviations and implement corrective actions.
Train and evaluate operators on special-process requirements.
Maintain process records, inspection reports,



and traceability documents.
Coordinate with Quality, Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
Support internal/customer audits and ensure compliance with applicable quality standards.
Drive 5S, Kaizen, productivity, and continuous improvement activities.

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing or related field.
5–10 years of experience in riveting, gluing, torque tightening, or special-process manufacturing.
Experience in sheet metal / aerospace / automotive / engineering manufacturing is preferred.
Positive knowledge of quality systems and special-process documentation.
Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
