Key Responsibilities:
i. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines for multiple stores within your cluster / State.
ii. Ensure consistent execution of visual standards across all assigned stores, including window displays, in-store layouts, and product placement.
iii. Ability to travel frequently between stores within your assigned cluster / State.
iv. Maintain a deep understanding of the brand’s identity and ensure that all visual merchandising efforts reflect and reinforce the brand’s image and values.
v. Train and mentor store teams on visual merchandising techniques and brand standards.
vi. Conduct regular store visits to assess visual merchandising execution, provide feedback, and make necessary adjustments.




vii. Collaborate with store managers and staff to ensure that visual merchandising strategies are effectively executed and maintained.
viii. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform merchandising decisions.
ix. Lead and manage visual merchandising projects, including seasonal resets, store renovations, and promotional events.
x. Analyze sales performance and customer feedback to refine visual merchandising strategies and optimize store presentation.
