About the Role
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR practices with business goals to drive performance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The HRBP collaborates with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support workforce planning,



talent management, employee relations, and change management.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience – 5 -8 years

Strategic HR Partnership
Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and align HR initiatives accordingly.
Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Talent Management
Support talent acquisition efforts by partnering with recruitment teams and hiring managers.
Drive performance management processes and support leadership in coaching and development.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Promote a positive work setting and culture aligned with company values.
