About the Role
RevFocus Services is looking for a Guest Relationship Executive to communicate with hotel guests on behalf of our partner properties.
The candidate will primarily handle outbound calls to hotel guests, collect feedback about their stay and overall experience, address basic concerns, and maintain accurate records of guest responses.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polite and professional approach, strong listening skills, and the ability to handle guest interactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to hotel guests.
Collect feedback regarding their stay and overall hotel experience.
Ask guests about room quality, cleanliness, service, food, staff behaviour, and other aspects of their stay.
Handle guest concerns politely and professionally.
Record guest feedback and responses accurately.
Follow up with guests when required.
Maintain daily call and feedback records.
Escalate important guest concerns and complaints to the relevant team.
Coordinate with hotel management and internal teams regarding guest-related issues.




Maintain a professional and positive communication experience with every guest.
Encourage guests to share genuine feedback or reviews where appropriate.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Good calling and telephonic communication skills.
Polite, confident, and professional personality.
Positive listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle guest queries and complaints calmly.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with different types of guests.
Experience
0–2 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Guest Relations, Customer Support, Telecalling, Hospitality, or a similar role.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
