Role Description The Content Specialist at Mingrow™ is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for shaping clear,



compelling narratives about the platform and its impact on SMBs. This role involves planning and creating web content for pages, blogs, FAQs, and product descriptions, aligned with the brand voice and marketing objectives. The Content Specialist will collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to translate complex AI and business operations concepts into accessible, user-focused content. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining content across digital channels, optimizing content for readability and engagement, and updating existing assets to reflect current features and customer stories. The role also includes managing content calendars, supporting campaign messaging, and ensuring consistent, inclusive, and accurate communication across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
Strong written Communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
