Role Description
Twin Two is looking for a Social Media Manager to help manage social media content and organic growth for our clients.

This role will focus on planning, creating, organizing, and publishing content across social platforms while supporting each client’s broader e-commerce goals. The ideal candidate understands social media, content calendars, short-form video, brand storytelling, engagement, and how social content can help support product launches, promotions, traffic, and online sales.

We are looking for someone who can help think through what content should be created, why it matters, how it supports the brand, and how it can help drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Responsibilities




Manage social media accounts for Twin Two clients
Create and maintain weekly and monthly social media content calendars
Plan content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, X, and other relevant platforms
Write captions, post copy, hashtags, short-form video concepts, stories, reels, carousel ideas, and social content briefs
Coordinate with designers, video editors, AI content creators, influencers, and internal team members to create social assets
Support product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, bundles, and brand announcements
Help develop content ideas that support each brand’s products, audience, positioning, and goals
Monitor social media trends, competitor content, platform updates, and customer behavior
Review comments, messages, engagement, and community activity when needed
Track social performance including reach, engagement, follower growth, clic
