Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage and support end-to-end HR operations for the Bhiwadi manufacturing facility in a full time, on-site role. Responsibilities include handling recruitment and onboarding,



maintaining employee records, and coordinating induction and training programs. The role involves administering attendance, payroll inputs, and leave management, as well as supporting performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives. The Human Resources Executive will address employee queries, help implement HR policies and compliance practices, and assist in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and productive workplace. Collaborating with leadership and line managers, the role contributes to workforce planning, retention, and continuous improvement in HR systems and processes.
