Position: Head Channel Sales / Area Sales — PM Surya Ghar
Reports to: AVP, Suryaghar Business, Sugs Lloyd
Location: Noida (Head Office)
Experience: 4–10 years — channel sales, DSA management, or solar rooftop sales
Team: Will have 2–4 tele-callers / field coordinators reporting in

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Channel Partner Network Building
• Identify, onboard, and manage local channel partners — solar dealers, electricians, hardware traders, cooperative societies, and rural enterprises who have consumer reach
• Sign formal agreements with channel partners — define lead sharing terms, commission structure, and responsibilities
• Train channel partners on PM Suryaghar scheme basics, Sugs Lloyd's offering, lead capture process, and documentation requirements
• Build a target of minimum 20 active channel partners per assigned geography within the first 6 months
• Conduct regular partner review meetings — track lead flow, conversion, and quality; replace non-performing partners proactively

2. Lead Generation and Conversion
• Drive consumer lead flow through channel partners,



field camps, consumer meets, and digital enquiries
• Manage a team of 2–4 tele-callers who will call generated leads, qualify them, and pass them for site survey
• Follow up rigorously on all qualified leads — from site survey to proposal to booking to installation
• Track lead-to-booking conversion rate daily; identify bottlenecks and course-correct immediately
• Conduct consumer awareness camps in target villages and localities — explain PM Suryaghar advantages, subsidy structure, and zero-cost electricity promise

3. Suryaghar Portal and Documentation
• Own the complete PM Suryaghar portal workflow — consumer registration, DISCOm application, technical feasibility, net metering application, and subsidy claim submission
• Ensure every installed project is registered and progressed on the National Portal without delay
• Coordinate with DISCOM officials for site inspection, net metering approval, and c
