We are looking for a Senior Executive – Operations with 3–5 years of experience in the Payment Gateway / FinTech industry to join our operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day Payment Gateway operations, including Payin, Payout, Settlement and Reconciliation.
Handle merchant onboarding, KYC verification and operational coordination.




Monitor transactions and resolve transaction-related issues within defined TAT.
Prepare and maintain daily MIS, settlement and reconciliation reports.
Coordinate with Banks, Acquirers, Payment Gateway partners and internal teams.
Handle refunds, chargebacks and dispute-related operational activities.
Monitor transaction success rates, failures and other operational parameters.
Coordinate with the technical team for API/integration and transaction-related issues.
Ensure proper follow-up and closure of merchant queries.
Maintain operational records and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Identify operational gaps and support process improvements.
Required Skills:
3–5 years of experience in Payment Gateway / FinTech Operations.
Positive understanding of Payin, Payout, Settlement, Reconciliation and Chargebacks.
Experience working with Merchants, Acquirers and Banking Partners.
