Experience: 5 - 8 Years (Min. 5 Years in Surgical Sales Experience preferred)

Education: B.E. / M.Sc. / MBA — Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business

Reporting To: Regional / National Sales Head — Robotics

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Management & Market Expansion
Build and sustain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and hospital procurement teams across South India to ensure seamless sales operations.
Identify and onboard new distributors across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala to expand product reach into underpenetrated markets.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the Mizzo Endo 4000, with a focus on driving adoption across Tier I and Tier II cities in the South India territory.
Track competitive intelligence — pricing dynamics, product launches, and industry trends — to inform commercial strategy.
