Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales Growth:




Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the HoReCa/Industry/Garden segment in the assigned region.
Implement initiatives to drive sales volume (road shows, meet-up, trade market visit), ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.

Business Development:
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of potential and existing clients.
Negotiate and close high-value deals with key accounts, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.

Key Account Management:
Build and maintain robust relationships with key accounts in the assigned territory.
Understand the unique needs of key customers and provide solutions that add value to their businesses.
Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction to maintain loyalty and long-term partnerships.
