About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Interior Billing Engineer to handle project billing, quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and coordination with site and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify BOQs, RA Bills & Final Bills
Prepare quantity take-offs and measurements as per drawings/site work
Check contractor/vendor bills and supporting documents
Prepare work orders and rate analysis when required
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors and project teams
Track project quantities, billing status and variations
Verify measurements at site and maintain proper billing records
Ensure billing is accurate and submitted within timelines
Requirements
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
2–5 years of relevant experience in Interior / Civil Billing
Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis and billing
Proficiency in MS Excel
Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage
Solid attention to detail and documentation skills
Good communication and coordination skill
