Role Description The Sales Business Development Trainee role is a full time remote position focused on driving growth for Bhanzu’s math learning programs. In this role, you will engage prospective learners and families through calls, emails,



and virtual meetings to understand their needs and present suitable offerings. You will support the sales cycle by qualifying leads, managing follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role involves collaborating with senior sales team members, participating in training sessions, and learning best practices for consultative selling in the edtech space. You will also assist with customer onboarding, respond to basic service queries, and share feedback from customers to help improve Bhanzu’s sales approach and learner experience.
