Upscale Marketing is a rapid-growing digital marketing agency working with clients across India and the Gulf on performance marketing, social media, and brand strategy. We're looking for a Video Editor who can turn raw footage and ideas into scroll-stopping content for our clients across industries from D2C brands to education and healthcare.

What you'll do:
Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, ads, and client campaigns (Reels, YouTube, testimonials, brand films, ad creatives)
Take a brief and independently develop the visual narrative — pacing, transitions, sound design, motion graphics
Collaborate with the strategy and content team to align edits with campaign goals and platform best practices
Stay on top of trending formats, hooks, and editing styles across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
Manage multiple client projects and turnaround deadlines simultaneously
Maintain a organized library of raw assets, templates, and project files

What we're looking for:




Minimum 1 year of hands-on video editing experience (agency or brand-side)
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and Canva
A strong eye for pacing, storytelling, and visual detail — you should be able to make creative calls on your own, not just execute instructions
Understanding of platform-specific formats (Reels vs YouTube vs LinkedIn native video)
Ability to work independently, take ownership of edits end-to-end, and iterate quickly on feedback
A portfolio/reel that shows range — quick cuts, motion graphics, brand storytelling

Good to have:
Basic knowledge of color grading and sound mixing
Experience editing for D2C, healthcare, or education brands
Familiarity with Meta/YouTube ad specs and formats
