India Running is where runners come to train smarter, race better, and find their people. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who doesn't just understand runners — who is one. Someone who's felt the pre-race jitters, obsessed over a PB, and knows that a great running product isn't built from a spreadsheet — it's built from miles on the ground (literally).

What You'll Own
● Product strategy for India Running — from training plans and race day tools to community features that make runners come back.
● The full product lifecycle — discovery, roadmap, specs, sprint planning, launch, and the "did it actually work" follow-up.
● Data-informed decisions — registration trends, repeat runner behavior, drop-off points, pin-code travel patterns — you'll dig into the numbers the way you'd study a race elevation profile.
● Cross-functional pace-setting — working closely with marketing, ops,



and engineering to ship things that matter, not just things that are easy.
● Runner experience end-to-end — from the first email that gets someone to register, to the finish-line photo they screenshot and post.

You're Probably a Fit If
● You've got 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with at least one stint building consumer or community-driven products.
● You run — casually, competitively, or somewhere in between — and you get why runners behave the way they do.
● You're comfortable being both strategic and scrappy — thinking roadmap one hour, debugging a registration flow the next.
● You know how to turn messy, real-world data into a transparent "here's what we do next."
● You've shipped things — actual features, actual launches — not just decks about features.
● Bonus: you've been part of a race, a run club, or a fitness community and know what makes people show up week after
