Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and expanding the agency’s portfolio of branding and advertising projects. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. The Business Development Manager will track performance metrics,



provide regular sales reports, and contribute to strategic planning to support revenue growth and market positioning.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management within marketing, advertising, or related services.
Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective solutions.
Solid knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and performance-driven advertising concepts.
Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
Ability to conduct market research, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic outreach plans.
Comfort working with targets and KPIs, using CRM or sales tracking tools to manage pipelines and reporting.
