Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Promoter role based in Pune. The Sales Promoter will engage with customers in retail outlets and partner locations to promote Singer sewing machines and home appliances, demonstrate product features, and support customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, ensuring proper product display and stock availability, collecting customer feedback, and coordinating with showroom managers and distributors.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records of daily sales activities, participating in promotional campaigns, and representing the brand in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Promotion skills to drive product awareness and meet sales targets.
Candidates should possess basic Operating Systems familiarity to use point-of-sale systems and digital tools.
Relevant experience in retail, consumer durables, or home appliances sales is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in pune stand for extended periods, and manage busy store environments.
Proficiency in locales, with a professional
Minimum high school diploma; vocational or undergraduate qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
