• 3D modelling of residential exteriors & interiors
• Front elevation and façade concepts
• High-quality renders and presentation views
• Design revisions based on client/project requirements
• Coordination with architects, engineers & designers
? What We’re Looking For:
• Basic knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Lumion, V-Ray or similar tools
• Understanding of residential architecture and proportions
• Robust visualization skills and attention to detail
• Portfolio/sample 3D work is preferred
