Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sales Executive to join our global sales team in a full-time remote capacity. In this consultative selling role, you will connect with parents and guardians, understand their child’s learning needs, deliver interactive online course demos, and guide families through the enrollment process to close sales and hit revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Consultative Sales & Demos: Conduct 1-on-1 virtual product demos with parents and students, assessing individual learning requirements and recommending tailored BrightCHAMPS programs.




Lead Conversion & Pipeline Management: Manage an active pipeline of inbound and outbound leads; initiate daily outreach via calls, WhatsApp/messages, and video consultations.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales quotas, conversion metrics, and revenue targets.
CRM & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer interactions, pipeline stages, and performance logs in the CRM.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with academic advisors, onboarding, and customer support teams to ensure seamless student enrollment and high customer satisfaction.
Feedback Loop: Provide actionable market feedback and prospect insights to marketing and product teams to optimize campaigns and sales enablement materials.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 1–3+ years of successful sales experience in EdTech, B2C inside sales, or consultative tele-sales environments.
